Cantonment Board Sargodha invites bids for the auction of collection rights of Slaughter House fees within the limits of Cantonment Board Sargodha for the financial year 2026-27, valid for one year from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027. The auction will be held on 1 June 2026 at 12:00 noon at the office of Cantonment Board, Club Road, Sargodha, Punjab. Interested bidders are invited to participate in the auction and benefit from this opportunity. In case the first bidding does not succeed on the scheduled date, a second bidding will be held on 8 June 2026, followed by a third bidding on 15 June 2026 if necessary, with no separate notice issued for subsequent auctions.
Prospective bidders must submit an earnest money deposit of five lakh rupees in any scheduled bank in the name of the Cantonment Executive Officer, Sargodha, and furnish a verified computerized national identity card along with the bank deposit receipt. Unsuccessful bidders' earnest money will be refunded after the auction proceedings. The successful bidder is required to deposit an additional one-quarter of the bid amount as security at the time of auction. Failure to deposit this amount will result in forfeiture of earnest money to Cantonment Board Sargodha.
The successful bidder must pay the total bid amount in twelve equal monthly instalments from July 2026 to June 2027, with the first instalment due in advance. Remaining instalments must be submitted by the fifth of each month, supported by post-dated cheques as guarantee. Non-payment of instalments will result in cancellation of the contract and recovery through legal action against the contractor's personal or ancestral property. All applicable federal and provincial taxes must be paid by the contractor.
