The Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Tando Allahyar, Sindh has issued a notification dated 13th January 2026 regarding the constitution and continuation of procurement and complaint redressal committees for projects under the Access to Justice Development Fund for Court Complexes and Bar Associations. This notification supersedes earlier constitutions issued vide Notifications No.D&SJ/TAR/- 2469 of 2025 dated 24th October 2025 and No.D&SJ/TAR/- 3792 of 2025 dated 15th November 2025. The procurement committee has been constituted under Rule 7 of the Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 as amended, and shall continue to function for all new AJDF projects communicated through letter No.582 PD/AJDF/2025 dated 9th September 2025 and No.14/PD/AJDF/2026 dated 10th January 2026.

The Procurement Committee is tasked with preparing and reviewing bidding documents, carrying out technical and financial evaluation of bids, preparing bid evaluation reports as provided in Rule 45, and recommending the competent authority for contract award. The committee comprises the 2nd Senior Civil Judge/Assistant Sessions Judge as Chairman, Executive Engineer from the Public Health Department as Member, and the District Accounts Officer as Member. No fresh constitution of committees is required for new projects, and all procurement and complaint redressal matters shall be dealt with by the existing committees in accordance with the Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 as amended.

The Complaint Redressal Committee has also been constituted under Rule 31 of the Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 to address complaints that may arise during procurement proceedings. The committee comprises the 1st Additional District & Sessions Judge as Chairperson, District Accounts Officer as Member, and Executive Engineer from the Irrigation Department as Member. All other terms, conditions, composition, powers and functions of the previously constituted committees shall remain unchanged. This notification is issued for information, record and compliance by all concerned authorities in Tando Allahyar, Sindh.
