Description / Scope of Work
The District Judiciary, Senior Civil Judge Administration in Mansehra, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites sealed bids for the supply of IT equipment, hardware, plant machinery, stationery and furniture for the Civil Courts during the fiscal year 2025-2026. The tender encompasses procurement of multiple categories including water dispensers, biometric machines and solar batteries under plant and machinery; laptops, printers, scanners, roller kits and cable roles for IT equipment and hardware; white paper legal size 70g and 80g along with printer and photostat machine toners for stationery; and presiding chairs, presiding tables, revolving office chairs, computer tables, sofa sets, steel benches, lawyers chairs and office tables for furniture. Bids should reach the office of the Clerk of Courts to the Senior Civil Judge Administration, Mansehra through EPADS and in hard copy on or before 06 June 2026 by 10:00 AM, with opening scheduled for the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
Eligible bidders must be registered on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue and be eligible to supply goods or services to Government Departments. Bidders must be manufacturers or authorized dealers in Pakistan with a minimum of three years of experience in manufacturing or supplying the bidding items. A 3% bid security in the form of CDR (Original) must be submitted with the bid. The offered rates should include all applicable taxes and will remain valid until 30 June 2026. Bidders must possess valid income tax and sales tax registration certificates, which must be attached with bid documents along with required samples.
The complete tender process will be conducted through EPADS. Prospective bidders must examine the bidding documents carefully, including all instructions, terms and conditions, and technical specifications, as failure to furnish all required information or submission of non-responsive bids will result in rejection. Incomplete, ambiguous, conditional bids and those received after the due date will not be accepted. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids under KPPRA Acts 2012 and Rules 2014 and 2022.
