The Department of Social Protection, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa announces the second phase public auction of surplus government vehicles and hospital scrap items. The auction encompasses three motor vehicles (Suzuki Bolan and Van models from 1993–1998) and thirty-six categories of scrap items including medical equipment, furniture, and vehicle parts. The auction will be held on 18 June 2026 at two venues: Small Industries Estate, Kohat Road, and Nasir Ullah Khan Babar Hospital, Peshawar. Prospective bidders may inspect the vehicles and scrap items during office hours from 09:00 to 15:30 on working days prior to the auction date. The auction will commence at 10:00 AM in the presence of interested parties.
Eligibility requirements stipulate that each bidder must deposit a non-refundable bid security of PKR 10,000 three days before the auction date with the Vice Commissioner (ESSI), Department of Social Protection, Small Industries Estate, Kohat Road, Peshawar. Successful bidders must complete full payment within fifteen days of auction closure and obtain proof of federal tax registration (FBR Active Taxpayer List). All applicable federal and provincial taxes and duties shall be deducted according to prevailing law. Bidders are required to furnish identity card copies at the auction venue.
The Auction Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. Detailed tender documents and specifications may be obtained from the office of the undersigned at any time. The auction shall commence and conclude on the scheduled date as announced. Upon successful completion of payment formalities, the winning bidder must arrange vehicle collection and transport, bearing all associated costs and responsibilities for vehicle registration, road tax, and legal compliance.
