Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Senior Civil Judge (Civil Division) in Sheikhupura, Punjab, invites electronic bids for an annual framework contract for the procurement of furniture during the fiscal year 2025-2026. This tender (Reference No. 04/2025-2026) covers the supply of furniture items as specified in Lot-1 to meet the operational requirements of the District Judiciary. The procurement is managed by the Purchase Committee of the Senior Civil Judge's office, and all bidders must submit their bids electronically by the specified deadline. The delivery of all furniture items is required within 15 days from the date of the supply order or as otherwise directed, with all goods to be delivered in safe and sound condition at the office location.

Electronic bids must be submitted on or before 10:00 AM on June 9, 2026, to the Accounts Branch of the Office of the Senior Civil Judge (Civil Division), Sheikhupura. Bid opening will occur at 11:00 AM on the same date in the Chamber of the Chairman Purchase Committee. Tender documents are available for collection from the Accounts Branch at the address provided.
