Furniture Procurement

The Senior Civil Judge (Civil Division) at Toba Tek Singh is inviting sealed tenders for the procurement of furniture with an estimated value of approximately 10 million rupees. This procurement is being conducted under tender number 02/2025-2026 and comprises two distinct lots of furniture items. Lot I includes office tables of various dimensions (2030x920x760mm, 1800x980x760mm, and 1400x850x760mm) with glass tops and blazers, along with 30 computer tables, for an estimated cost of 4,485,000 rupees. Lot II includes a five-seater sofa set, revolving chairs for officers, office chairs in cane and poshish varieties, presiding chairs, computer chairs, side and book racks, and steel litigant benches, valued at 5,265,000 rupees. The procurement is being managed from the court office in Toba Tek Singh, Punjab.

Eligibility is restricted to sole distributors, authorized dealers, and registered firms with active registration from the Sales Tax Department and a valid NTN number. Bidders must possess a Professional Tax certificate from ET&NC. The tender must be supported by a bid security equivalent to 5 percent of the estimated value, which is refundable. All bids must include copies of CNIC, NTN certificate, Sales Tax registration, and Professional Tax documentation. Incomplete or late-received tenders will not be entertained, and only Sales Tax and Income Tax Registered Firms are permitted to submit tenders.

Sealed bids must be submitted via the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) by 11:00 AM on 08 June 2026 and will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same date in the presence of bidders in the chamber of the Senior Civil Judge. All levies, taxes, freight charges, and delivery charges must be included in the quoted price. The delivery period shall be as specified in the Purchase Order.
