Description / Scope of Work
The Institute of Business Administration, Karachi (IBA) invites sealed bids from active taxpayers and registered manufacturers, firms, companies, distributors, and suppliers for the provision and supply of Access Layer Switches with Support under tender reference IT/14/25-26. This single-stage, one-envelope procurement follows the Standard Procurement Procedure Rules 2010. The tender is open to eligible bidders registered with relevant tax authorities and operating in Sindh province. Bid security is set at 2 percent of the bid value, to be submitted as a Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of IBA Karachi.
Participants must be active taxpayers registered with competent tax authorities. The tender fee is Rs. 5,000, which can be paid through a challan generated from the IBA tender portal and deposited at any Meezan Bank Ltd. branch. Bidders are required to submit a 2 percent bid security along with their tender documents. All bids must include supporting documentation and compliance certifications as specified in the tender document.
Tender documents are available for download from the IBA website at https://tenders.iba.edu.pk and the SPPRA EPADS portal at https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk/ from May 22, 2026, 09:00 AM until June 12, 2026, 03:00 PM. Bids must be uploaded on SPPRA EPADS with a copy of bid security and supporting documents, while original bid documents and bid security must be physically delivered to IBA, Main Campus, Karachi University Enclave, Karachi-75270, before the opening date. Bid opening will occur on June 12, 2026, at 03:30 PM at the same venue in the presence of bidders' representatives.
