Description / Scope of Work
Water and Sanitation Agency Multan invites sealed bids from registered engineering firms and contractors for two sewerage repair and maintenance works in Multan, Punjab. The first work involves repair of crown failure at 24 inch H/D located at 40 Footi Road Sub Division New Multan with an estimated cost of Rs 2,397,431 and completion period of 15 days. The second work concerns repair of crown failure at Nou Bahar Canal near Plastic Factory in Sub Division New Multan Sewerage Division with an estimated cost of Rs 2,283,155 and the same 15-day completion timeline. Both projects fall under the central sewerage division infrastructure development program for the city.
Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and on Punjab e-PADS portal (www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk). Eligible contractors must submit a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) as bid security equivalent to 2 percent of the estimated project cost in favor of the Director Finance, WASA Multan. The original CDR must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing the tender title, addressed to the Head Clerk at the Deputy Director Sewerage Division Central WASA Office in Shamasabad, Multan.
Bid documents are available on the Punjab PPRA e-PADS portal and the official PPRA website. Bidders must upload PDF files containing their proposals on e-PADS as per Regulation 6(4) of PPRA Regulations 2024. Sealed bids will be opened at the Director Works WASA head office located at 316-A Shamasabad Colony near Chungi No. 9 Multan on 09-06-2026 at 11:30 AM. Bids remain valid for 120 days from submission. All bidders must quote rates against each item in financial bids and calculate totals as per PPRA notification NO.L&M(PPRA)10-1/2011. The firms/contractors are responsible for payment of all applicable taxes under Government of Punjab regulations.
