Description / Scope of Work
The Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA) Multan invites bids from registered engineering firms and contractors for replacement of sewer line in X-Block Street No.04 and W Block Street 6F Sub Division New Multan Sewerage Division under the Central WASA Multan jurisdiction. This project is valued at Rs 2,542,250 with an earnest money requirement of Rs 50,845 (representing 2% of estimated cost). The work is located in Multan, Punjab, and must be completed within 30 days of contract award. The estimated project cost is Rs 2,542,250 with bidders required to quote rates against all specified items mentioned in the tender documents.
Only contractors and firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and listed on the Punjab EPADS website (www.punjab.eproc.gov.pk) are eligible to participate. Bidders must submit bid security in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost along with their technical and financial proposals. Current PPRA Rules 2014 (amended to date) will strictly apply, and any violation may result in bid rejection. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
Bidding documents are available on e-PADS at www.punjab.eproc.gov.pk for registered bidders. The original CDR must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly bearing the tender title to the Head Clerk, Office of the Deputy Director Sewerage Division Central WASA Multan situated at Mumtazabad WASA Office Multan on or before 09-06-2026 at 11:59 AM, with bid opening scheduled for 09-06-2026 at 11:30 AM at the Director Works office, 316-A Shamasabad Colony Multan. Bids will be evaluated using the single stage single envelope method, and the lowest evaluated bidder will be awarded the contract after furnishing the required performance guarantee.
