Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Rajanpur invites electronic bids for the installation of hybrid solar energy systems across three judicial complexes in Punjab. The procurement encompasses installation of 11 numbers of 4-kilowatt off-grid hybrid solar systems for courts and allied offices at the District Rajanpur headquarters, with an estimated tender value of Rs. 10,450,000 for the main contract. The scope includes solar panels (JA Solar, Jinko Solar, Canadian Solar, or equivalent 640-watt tier 1 category with 25-years performance warranty), 6-kilowatt solar hybrid inverters with 5-years manufacturer warranty, complete L2/L3 structure with cemented/concrete foundation pads, 5-kilowatt lithium iron phosphate battery systems with intelligent management, comprehensive wiring with AC/DC cables, breakers, SPDs, pipe ducts and civil work, plus all applicable government taxes and transportation charges across Rajanpur district.
Eligible bidders must be well-reputed, financially sound firms having prior experience in solar energy systems and registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Professional Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax Department. Bid security of 5 percent of estimated cost must be submitted in the form of bank draft, pay order, or call deposit in favor of the Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Rajanpur one day before the deadline. The successful bidder will deposit an additional amount equivalent to 5 percent of total contract value as performance guarantee in the form of CDR/bank guarantee, refundable upon completion of tender obligations.
Bidding documents are available on the e-PADS website (http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) and PPRA portal (http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk). Electronic bids must be submitted on e-PADS before 10:00 AM on 9 June 2026, with opening scheduled for 11:00 AM on the same day at the office in Rajanpur. All rates must include GST/PST and remain valid until 30 June 2026. For further information, bidders may contact the Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Rajanpur.
