Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA) Multan, a provincial authority in Punjab, invites sealed bids from registered Engineering Firms and Contractors for two sewerage infrastructure works under single-stage single-envelope tendering procedure in compliance with PPRA Rules (Amended, Updated). The first project involves repair and replacement of sewer line in Gulshan-e-Multah area, Sitta Samiazabad Ichia, with estimated cost of Rs 765,571 and earnest money of Rs 15,371, to be completed within fifteen days. The second project pertains to replacement of sewer line at Water Filtration Plant Sui Gas Road, Basti Dogran, with estimated cost of Rs 1,428,649 and earnest money of Rs 28,573, also with fifteen-day completion period. Both tenders are open to firms registered with Pakistani Engineering Council in relevant category codes and listed on the e-PADS portal at www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk.
Eligible bidders must be registered on PunjabEPADS website and ensure all required documentation is complete before submission. Bidders are required to submit call deposit receipts (CDR) equivalent to two percent of estimated cost as bid security in favour of the Director Finance WASA Multan, addressed to the Head Clerk at Sewerage Division Central WASA office. Non-submission of original CDR within prescribed timeframe will result in rejection. The procurement follows current PPRA Rules strictly; any violation will lead to contractor rejection and blacklisting. Firms must quote rates against each item as percentage of DNIT and declare non-responsive bids accordingly; rates exceeding five percent below DNIT will bind the lowest bidder to deposit the difference.
Bid documents are available on the e-PADS website and the PPRA portal. Bidders must submit e-bids as PDF files through e-PADS as per Regulation 6(4) of PPRA Regulations-2024 on or before the closing deadline of eleven AM on June eleventh, two thousand twenty-six. Tender opening will occur at Directors Works WASA office, 316-A Shamasabad Colony near Chungi Number nine Multan on the same date at eleven-thirty AM. The procurement agency reserves the right to reject any or all proposals at any time prior to formal acceptance. Bids remain valid for one hundred twenty days from submission date.
