Cantonment Board Sargodha invites sealed bids for the installation and maintenance of fascia signboards and advertisement structures for the financial year 2026-27, effective from 01-07-2026 to 30-06-2027. The tender covers procurement of materials and services for electrical and neon sign boards, panaflex boards, and wall panel printing across all cantonment properties and locations in Punjab. The total estimated value is 5,000,000 Pakistani Rupees with approved rates of Rs 800 per square foot per month for electric/neon sign boards, Rs 500 per square foot per month for panaflex boards, and Rs 150 per square foot per month for wall panels and printing. All rates are applicable to all categories of advertisements. The scope includes installation, maintenance, repair, and replacement of damaged signage as per cantonment specifications and requirements.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered contractors with valid business licenses, Federal Board of Revenue certificates, and experience in similar advertisement and signboard installation works. Bidders must provide proof of financial capability and technical competence. A bid security equivalent to one quarter of the total estimated cost is mandatory. All financial documents, certificates, and tax registrations must be current and verifiable. Preference shall be given to bidders with prior experience in cantonment board projects or municipal advertisement infrastructure.
Bid documents are available upon request from the Cantonment Board Sargodha office. Sealed bids must be submitted by 30-06-2026 before the specified closing time. Technical and financial proposals will be opened separately as per PPRA rules 2004.
