Description / Scope of Work
The Town Committee Ghouspur invites electronic bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposable System (EPADS) for outsourcing of solid waste management services covering wards number 01 to 10 of Town Committee Ghouspur for the financial year 2026-2027. This procurement is issued under the Single Stage One Envelope Procedure as per SPPRA Rule 46(1) (Amended up-to-date), and bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions are available for download from the official portal at http://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk. The project scope encompasses comprehensive waste management and sanitation services across all ten wards in Ghouspur, Sindh province.
Eligible bidders must be reputed contractors, firms, or agencies that are active taxpayers registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) where applicable, and must demonstrate a minimum of three years of relevant experience in solid waste management and sanitation services. Bid Security amounting to PKR 12,00,000 (equivalent to 2% of the bid value) is required in the form of a Pay Order, Demand Draft, Call Deposit Receipt, or Bank Guarantee issued by any scheduled Bank of Pakistan. The tender fee of Rs. 5,000 must be submitted as a non-refundable Pay Order in favour of Town Committee Ghouspur.
Interested bidders must register themselves on the EPADS portal at https://sindh.eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration for submission of electronic bids. Bids must be submitted by June 12, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM at the office of Town Committee Ghouspur. Original tender fee and bid security documents must reach the procuring agency before the bidding deadline, and scanned copies must be uploaded on EPADS.
