Description / Scope of Work
The Municipal Committee Kandhkot intends to outsource solid waste management and sanitation services for Wards No. 01 to 16 within Kandhkot, Sindh province for the financial year 2026-2027. The tender is being floated under NIT reference MC/K.kot/190/2026 dated 21 May 2026 with an estimated bid value of PKR 900,000,000 (calculated from the 2% bid security requirement of PKR 18,00,000). This comprehensive waste management contract covers all 16 municipal wards and is open to reputed contractors, firms, and agencies operating in Pakistan.
Eligible bidders must be active taxpayers registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) where applicable and must demonstrate a minimum of three years of relevant experience in solid waste management and sanitation services. Bidders are required to submit a tender fee of PKR 5,000 (non-refundable) as a pay order and bid security of PKR 18,00,000 equivalent to 2% of the estimated procurement value in the form of a pay order, demand draft, call deposit receipt, or bank guarantee from any scheduled bank of Pakistan. All bids must be submitted exclusively through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposable System (EPADS) platform.

Interested bidders must register on the EPADS system at https://sindh.eprocure.gov.pk/supplier/registration to submit electronic bids. Bids must be submitted by 11 June 2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM at the office of Municipal Committee Kandhkot in the presence of the procurement committee. A secondary bidding window is available from 12 June 2026 to 29 June 2026 if the first round is unsuccessful.
