Description / Scope of Work
The District and Sessions Court, Sujawal invites electronically encrypted bids for the provision and installation of an Ultra Filtration (U.F) water filtration plant with a capacity of 5000 gallons per day. This tender is issued under the Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (SPPRA) e-Procurement system for the financial year 2025-26. The project is located at the District and Sessions Court in Sujawal, Sindh province, and aims to provide improved water filtration facilities for the court's operational requirements. The tender is open to reputed service providers, manufacturers, authorized distributors, and suppliers who are registered with relevant tax and regulatory authorities and can meet the specified technical and quality standards for water filtration systems.
Prospective bidders must submit a bid security of Rs. 90,000/- in the form of a bank draft or pay order payable to the Access to Justice Development Fund for District and Sessions Court, Sujawal. The scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded on the ePAD portal while the original instrument must reach the procuring agency before the bid opening time. Bidders are required to be registered with relevant tax and regulatory authorities as per government policy. The bidding process follows the Single Stage – Single Envelope Procedure as prescribed in Rule 46(2) of the Sindh Public Procurement Rules, 2010 (Amended 2022), with technical and financial proposals submitted electronically through the SPPRA e-Procurement (ePAD) System.

Bids must be submitted electronically through the SPPRA e-Procurement (ePAD) system before the deadline of Monday, 08th June 2026 at 09:30 A.M. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 10:00 A.M. through the e-PAD System at the Court of Additional District Judge-II Sujawal in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
