Description / Scope of Work
The Civil Society Support Programme (CSSP), a non-governmental organization established in 2007 and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), invites sealed proposals from competent training service providers, institutes, and firms for the delivery of Youth Skill Development Trainings across five vocational trades in District Hyderabad, Sindh. The tender encompasses training delivery for Dress Making (ladies and gents, 10 trainees), Beautician Services including Skin Care and Makeup (15 trainees), Mobile Repairing (15 trainees), General Electrician (10 trainees), and Barber services (15 trainees). Each course is designed to run for three months, totaling 65 trainees across all five trades in the District Hyderabad region.
All tenderers must submit a tender guarantee of 2 percent and a performance guarantee of 5 percent of the total tender value in the name of Civil Society Support Program (templates will be provided). Pricing must be quoted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Proposals that are blank, partially filled, lack guarantee amounts, are unreadable, or contain missing documents will be rejected. Selection of training providers will be based on technical expertise, professional experience, and a combination of quality and price considerations. Only sealed offers delivered to the CSSP Head Office by 12:00 PM on June 8, 2026 will be accepted; late bids are subject to automatic rejection.

Sealed proposals must be delivered to the Civil Society Support Program (CSSP) Head Office located at Bungalow# A-28 Near Sarwan Hospital Behind Ali Palace, Phase II Qaisamabad Hyderabad.
