Description / Scope of Work
Material Management LESCO (Lahore Electric Supply Company), Chief Engineer office located at 22-A Queens Road Lahore, invites sealed e-bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of 630-KVA distribution transformers under Tender No 4363. The procurement is planned for fiscal year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) using Single Stage-One Envelope methodology with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004. The bidding documents contain detailed specifications, terms and conditions, and all procurement requirements for this goods procurement contract in Punjab.
All bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 before the deadline and are required to submit bid security in the form of pay order, banker's cheque, call deposit, bank guarantee, or demand draft as specified in the bidding documents. Where bid security is not mandated by the procuring agency, bidders may furnish a bid security declaration instead. The procurement follows national competitive bidding procedures with single envelope submission process, ensuring transparency and compliance with regulatory guidelines issued by the procurement authority.
E-bidding documents are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Bidders must register themselves on EPADS v2.0 on or before Wednesday, June 10, 2026 at 10:30 AM, with e-bids opening on the same day at 11:00 AM. Manual bid submissions will not be entertained.
