Description / Scope of Work
Sukkur Electric Power Company invites electronic bids for the procurement, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of an Asset Performance Management System (APMS) for pole-mounted distribution transformers across its jurisdiction in Sindh province. The tender, referenced as PMU-S-APMS-01/2025-26 with EPADS 2.0V Reference No. P41006, covers a total of 483 APMS units with varying capacities: 75-kVA APMS on 25kVA distribution transformers, 62-kVA APMS on 50kVA distribution transformers, 145-kVA APMS on 100kVA distribution transformers, and 176-kVA APMS on 200kVA distribution transformers. This is a single-stage one-envelope bidding process under National Competitive Bidding rules with PPRA Sindh approval.
Eligible bidders must be registered on E-PADS with valid PEC registration, NTN, and Sales Tax Registration through the Provincial Revenue Authority. Bidders should have relevant experience with similar APMS installations and complete technical capability to deliver the solution successfully within Sukkur Electric Power Company jurisdiction. A bid security of PKR 1,353,700 is required, submitted as a Demand Draft, Pay Order, CDR, or Bank Guarantee from a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan in favor of the Chief Engineer (Development) PMU SEPCO. Bid validity must be maintained for a minimum of 90 days from the tender opening date.
Bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications and requirements are available on E-PACS PPRA 2.0 portal. All bids must be submitted electronically through E-PACS by the specified deadline. The tender will be opened on 18 June 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Office of the Chief Engineer (Development), PMU SEPCO, 2nd Floor, Al Saire Building, Miram Road, near Session Court Sukkur. Prospective bidders are required to register on E-PACS and contact PPRA for registration purposes. Government rules regarding NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates must be followed. SEPCO reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
