Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Bajaur invites sealed bids for the procurement of a water filtration plant under provincial grant-in-aid funding for the financial year 2025-26. This is an open competitive bidding process conducted under Single Stage Single Envelope procedures in accordance with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) 2014 Rules. The procurement is open to original manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, and suppliers registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments (GST) and KPRA Tax. Bid submissions will be accepted until 16 June 2026 at 11:00 AM, with public bid opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM at the District & Sessions Judge office in Bajaur.
Eligibility requirements include mandatory registration with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities (GST) and KPRA Tax. Prospective bidders must submit a bid security (Earnest Money) equal to 2% of the total bid amount in the form of Call Deposit made in favour of District & Sessions Judge Bajaur. Cross cheques, banker's cheques, demand drafts, and deposits without proper documentation will not be accepted. Earnest money from unsuccessful bidders will be refunded after tender finalization. The procuring entity reserves the right to disqualify any supplier whose submitted information is found to be false, materially inaccurate, or incomplete.

All bids must include complete information and documentation as specified in the bidding documents; bids lacking required information or not substantially responsive to document requirements will be rejected.
