Description / Scope of Work
The District Director Livestock, Swat invites sealed bids from original manufacturers, authorized dealers, and distributors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments (GST) for the procurement and installation of solar systems in veterinary hospitals within District Swat, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. This tender follows the Single Stage Single Envelope open competitive bidding procedures established by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA). The project is undertaken for the financial year 2025-26 and aims to enhance the operational efficiency of veterinary healthcare facilities through renewable energy solutions.
Prospective bidders must meet specific eligibility criteria and must be registered with relevant tax authorities. A bid security equivalent to 2 percent of the bid amount for each item is required from all participants. Bidders are required to provide complete and annexure-wise requisite documentation with proper page marking to demonstrate their qualifications as prescribed under KPPRA rules. Bids must be submitted without conditions, ambiguities, or corrections made with correction fluid, and any firm found to be blacklisted or in violation of tender conditions shall be disqualified.
Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes by 11 June 2026 at 10:00 AM, with opening scheduled for 11:00 AM on the same date. All bidders are expected to carefully examine the complete bidding documents including instructions, terms and conditions, and technical specifications. Failure to provide required information or submit substantially responsive bids will result in rejection. The contract will be awarded to the responsive bidder offering the lowest price for the overall lot.
