Sui Southern Gas Company Limited invites sealed quotations for the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of a new water filtration system at the Regional Office in Hyderabad, Sindh. This is a complete package and turnkey project being procured under single-stage one-envelope bidding procedure as per PPRA Rules 2004. The tender enquiry number is SSGC/LP/EPADS/PT/2157181 with an earnest money requirement of PKR 60,000 as a fixed bid bond. All quotations must be submitted in Pakistani Rupees and sealed.
Bidders must be certified with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards and registered with Pakistan Engineering Council at minimum C-6 category. The supplier must be active in the FBR Active Tax Payer List (ATL) and comply with all integrated management system requirements. Bids will be rejected if the physical bid bond in original form is not submitted along with a scanned copy uploaded on EPADS. All documents must be properly signed and stamped with corrections, if any, also signed and stamped.
Tender documents are available online on the SSGC website and EPADS for viewing, but bidders must purchase documents from the Tender Room at SSGC Head Office to participate. The original token slip issued at purchase must be attached to the sealed envelope as proof of document purchase.
