National Investment Trust Limited, an Asset Management Company managing mutual funds in Pakistan, invites electronic bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for providing maintenance support of Storage Area Network (SAN) at its Karachi head office located on the 6th Floor of NBP Building, I.I Chundrigar Road. The tender seeks authorized partners capable of delivering comprehensive SAN maintenance services specifically for Hitachi SAN systems. Bidders must submit proposals in accordance with detailed technical specifications and service level agreements outlined in the bidding documents, with the scope of work encompassing preventive maintenance, technical support, and system monitoring to ensure uninterrupted SAN operations at the Karachi facility.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue's Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, included on the Active Taxpayers List, and possess a registered office in Pakistan. Prospective suppliers should review the qualification criteria detailed in Annexure IV before preparing their bids. All bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS only; manual or physical bid submissions are not permitted. Bids prepared in accordance with the instructions provided in the bidding documents must be submitted electronically on EPADS by 3:00 PM on June 16, 2026, with bid opening scheduled for 3:30 PM the same day through the EPADS platform.
