Description / Scope of Work
The National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC) invites applications for pre-qualification through EPADS v2.0 from eligible Industries, Businesses and IT Companies registered on the electronic procurement platform for provision of Training and Job Placement Program. This is a national-level non-consultancy services procurement under single stage-one envelope bidding process. The objective of the intended process is to pre-qualify industries, businesses and IT firms for training and job placement programs through a subsequent selection process, with only pre-qualified applicants entitled to participate in the procurement proceedings that follow. The pre-qualification process is open to all industries, businesses and IT companies subject to fulfilling the eligibility requirements detailed in the pre-qualification documents.
Eligible applicants must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and meet all specified qualification criteria including financial capacity, past experience with completed contracts, current contract performance status, and net worth evaluation requirements. Applicants must demonstrate suitable experience in relevant sectors and provide undertakings regarding non-blacklisting status and litigation history. All required forms including past experience documentation, contract performance history, current contracts and their progress, financial capacity evaluation, and average annual turnover information must be submitted as part of the application.
Applications prepared in accordance with the instructions in the pre-qualification documents must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before June 17, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with applications opening on the same day at 11:30 AM. Entities not yet registered on EPADS v2.0 may register at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Further information and complete pre-qualification documents may be accessed through EPADS v2.0.
