Description / Scope of Work
The Municipal Committee Shahidadpur, District Sanghar, Sindh Province is conducting an open auction of various taxes and fees for the financial year 2026-2027 under the Chairmanship of the Municipal Committee. This auction encompasses thirteen different tax and fee categories including cattle tax, veterinary parking fees, temporary fees, shop rent, advertisements, righteous fees, relief of taxes, environmental damage compensation, buffalo rent, buffalo farm trespass, marriage hall fees, decoration shops, poultry market shops, and others. The auction documents, terms and conditions of contract are available for inspection at the office of the Taxation Officer during official office hours. Interested bidders can obtain detailed auction documentation and submit their bids according to the prescribed schedule.
Bidders must qualify with appropriate licensing and regulatory approvals as applicable to the specific tax or fee category being auctioned. Bid security requirements and financial qualifications are specified for each lot. If the Chairman of the Auction Committee is absent on the fixed auction date, the auction will be rescheduled to the next working day. The Municipal Committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning reasons.
The auction will be held on 14 June 2026 at 11:00 AM at the office of the Municipal Committee Shahidadpur. Bid documents will be available from 13 June 2026 onwards, with the submission deadline on 17 June 2026 prior to 12:00 noon. Interested parties should contact the Taxation Officer or Chief Municipal Officer for further information and bid document acquisition during working hours.
