Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Single Window (PSW), the notified operating entity for the PSW system under the PSW Act 2021 and a company incorporated under Section 42 of the Companies Act 2017, invites sealed applications from experienced training and development vendors registered with relevant authorities. This pre-qualification process is open to interested applicants who are registered suppliers on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). The procurement is being conducted in Islamabad, Federal Province, and covers the pre-qualification of vendors capable of providing comprehensive training and development services. Prospective vendors must register electronically on EPADS at the designated portal to participate in this competitive pre-qualification process.
Applicants must be registered suppliers on EPADS and hold relevant registrations with appropriate authorities to be eligible for this pre-qualification. All prospective applicants are required to review the detailed pre-qualification documents available on EPADS and the PSW website. An online pre-bid meeting has been scheduled for 11th June 2026 at 1130 hours via Microsoft Teams, and interested vendors may request clarification on any aspect of the PQ documents by 14th June 2026 by sending queries to procurement@psw.gov.pk. Prospective applicants should familiarize themselves with the draft agreement terms and evaluation criteria outlined in the tender documents.
Pre-qualification proposals prepared in accordance with the detailed instructions must be submitted electronically through EPADS on or before 22nd June 2026 at 1500 hours. Proposals will be opened on the same day at 1530 hours at the Procurement Department, Pakistan Single Window, Ground Floor, NESPAK Building, Near State Bank, G-5/2, Islamabad. In case the submission and opening date falls on a public holiday, the next working day shall be considered as the deadline.
