RTV Silicone Rubber High Voltage Insulator Coating for 500kV Grid Station by NGCPL

National Grid Company of Pakistan Limited (NGCPL) invites sealed bids on a National Competitive Bidding (NCB) basis from eligible firms for the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Room Temperature Vulcanizing (RTV) Silicone Rubber High Voltage Insulator Coating (HVIC) on Air Insulated Switchyard (AIS) equipment at the 500kV NGCPL Grid Station, Karachi. The contractor shall supply the RTV coating, plan and execute shutdowns for transmission line maintenance, prepare the AIS equipment thoroughly, and apply the RTV silicone rubber coating on all AIS equipment including spare equipment as per technical requirements and the approved shutdown schedule. This tender is for the supply and application of RTV silicone rubber coating materials and associated services for high voltage switchyard equipment at one of Pakistan's major grid infrastructure facilities located in Sindh province.
