Description / Scope of Work
PIA Holding Company Limited invites e-bids through EPADS 2.0 for lease and rental of eight commercial properties across Pakistan. The procurement spans properties in Lahore, Karachi, Muzaffarabad, and Islamabad with a combined approximate available area of approximately 71,000 square feet and multiple canal units. Properties include PIA Building on Edgerton Road Lahore (39,630 sq. ft.), SDCO Avenue Centre Karachi (21,393 sq. ft.), PIAHCL Building in Muzaffarabad (4,200 sq. ft.), plot in Cantonment (7.72 marla), PIA Bungalow in Karachi (1,874 sq. yards), Daya Singh Mansion in Lahore (1,730 sq. ft.), and warehouse and scheme properties in Islamabad. The procurement shall be conducted in a single stage under Rule 36(a) of the Public Procurement Rules 2004, with award made to the eligible and responsive bidder offering the highest quoted rent per square foot or most financially advantageous compliant offer.
Eligible bidders must be AoPs, companies, and entities registered on EPADS 2.0. All bids must be accompanied by bid security as prescribed in the bidding document. E-bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, eligibility criteria, property details, financial proposal requirements, and tenancy conditions are available on PIAPDS.EPADS 2.0 portal. Bidders not registered on EPADS 2.0 must register before submission; manual submission shall not be accepted.
E-bids prepared in accordance with bidding document instructions must be submitted through EPADS 2.0 on or before 23 June 2026 at 3:00 PM, with opening on the same day at 3:30 PM.
