Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate General of Special Education, Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training, is seeking qualified consultancy services for design vetting and detailed construction supervision for the establishment of a Center of Excellence for Autism at Sector H-8/4, Islamabad. This Request for Proposal invites interested firms and consultants to submit bids for professional services encompassing design review, technical vetting, and comprehensive construction site supervision throughout the project lifecycle. The center will serve as a specialized facility for autism education and intervention in the Federal Territory, requiring experienced consultants with demonstrated expertise in institutional building projects and special education infrastructure development.
Eligible bidders must be registered consulting firms or individual consultants with relevant experience in architectural design vetting, construction project management, and building supervision. Bidders are required to possess valid professional licenses, relevant qualifications in civil engineering or architecture, and proven track record of successful project completion. Bid security and earnest money deposits will be required as per tender specifications. Prospective bidders should demonstrate financial stability and technical competence through submission of credentials, past project portfolios, and references from previous clients.
