National Grid Company of Pakistan Limited (NGCPL) invites bids for the supply and application of Room Temperature Vulcanizing (RTV) silicone rubber high voltage insulator coating (HVIC) on air insulated switchyard (AIS) equipment at the 500kV NKI Grid Station in Karachi, Sindh. This is a single stage two envelope tender procured under NGCPL's own resources. The project involves coating high voltage insulators on switchyard equipment to enhance their performance and durability in the operational environment of the 500kV facility. The work is located at the NKI Grid Station in Karachi and includes both supply of materials and on-site application services as per technical specifications.
Eligible bidders must meet the technical and commercial qualifications outlined in the bidding document. Bidders are required to submit bids in two separate envelopes: one containing the technical bid with schedules and another containing the price bid with schedules. The tender follows a single stage two envelope process, meaning both technical and financial proposals are submitted simultaneously and technical evaluation occurs before financial consideration.
