Description / Scope of Work
PIA Holding Company Limited (PIAHCL) invites electronic bids through EPADS 2.0 from eligible firms, AOPs, companies, entities and interested parties for the lease and rent of eight commercial properties located across Pakistan. The properties available for lease include PIA Building Block Side on Edgerton Road in Lahore covering 39,620 square feet, SIDCO Avenue Centre in Karachi with 23,393 square feet, PIAHCL Building in Muzaffarabad with 4,200 square feet, a plot in Cantonment measuring 7.72 marla, PIA Bungalow in Karachi spanning 1,874 square yards, Daiyal Singh Mansion in Lahore comprising 1,710 square feet, and warehouse facilities in Islamabad and KDA Scheme in Karachi. This procurement is conducted under Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure as per Rule 36(a) of the Public Procurement Rules 2004, with award to be made to the eligible and responsive bidder offering the highest quoted rent per square foot or most financially advantageous compliant offer.
Bidders must register themselves on EPADS 2.0 before submission of bids. All bids must be accompanied by bid security as prescribed in the bidding document. Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions, eligibility criteria, property details, financial proposal requirements and tenancy conditions are available on PPRA EPADS 2.0. Bids must be prepared in accordance with instructions contained in the bidding documents and submitted through EPADS 2.0 on or before 23 June 2026 at 3:00 PM. E-bids shall be opened on the same day at 3:30 PM. Manual submission is not accepted.
