Description / Scope of Work
Sealed tenders are invited from pre-qualified firms for the auction of used engine oil with a total quantity of 162,440 liters held across multiple Petroleum Oil and Lubricant depots operated by the Army Service Corps in Punjab province. The oil is currently stored at five locations including depots at Lahore, Kharian, Gujranwala, and Sargodha, as well as the Station Supply Depot at Sialkot. The auction will be conducted on 23 June 2026 at 1100 hours at the Headquarters Gujranwala Logistic Area under the supervision of the Supplies and Transport Branch. This procurement initiative aims to dispose of used engine oil stock efficiently through a competitive sealed tender process.
Participating firms must be pre-qualified to bid on this tender. Bidders are required to provide 5 percent bid security or earnest money with a maximum limit of rupees ten lac, to be submitted in the form of a Cash Deposit Receipt (CDR) alongside their quotation. Failure to provide the required bid security will result in automatic rejection of the quotation. The competent authorities reserve the right to reject any or all tender documents on technical grounds or for any other valid reason at their discretion.
Bidding documents are available for collection from the office of Col Muhammad Daud Khan, Deputy Director Supplies and Transport at Headquarters Gujranwala Logistic Area, Gujranwala Cantonment between 0800 and 1500 hours on any working day. Completed quotations must reach the Supplies and Transport Branch at Headquarters Gujranwala Logistic Area no later than 1000 hours on 23 June 2026.
