The District Headquarter Government General Hospital Samanabad in Faisalabad, Punjab invites sealed bids for the open auction of its hospital canteen contract for the upcoming financial year 2026-27. The auction process is scheduled to take place on 24 June 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Medical Superintendent Office. In case the auction cannot be held on the primary date, alternative backup dates are set for 26 June 2026 and 29 June 2026. The contract duration spans for one full year starting from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027. Eligible individuals and firms must possess a valid CNIC, be registered and active with the Federal Board of Revenue and the Punjab Revenue Authority, and provide a 300 Rupee affidavit confirming no history of blacklisting. Bidders are required to submit a Call Deposit Receipt of 300,000 Rupees to participate. The bidding process features a formal reserve price with mandated incremental bidding values, and the successful contractor will be bound to strict food safety, hygiene, tax compliance, and official pricing guidelines.
