The Department of Health, Government of Punjab invites sealed bids for outsourcing of parking facility management at Jinnah Hospital Lahore for the financial year 2026-27, effective from 01 July 2026 to 30 June 2027. The tender is open to qualified bidders seeking to operate and maintain dedicated parking grounds within hospital premises. The minimum reserve price is set at PKR 729,000 as per the Reserve Price of Auction rules, Chapter III, Rule 10, with bidding to commence from this amount. Successful bidders will be responsible for all parking operations, maintenance, and revenue collection under outsourcing arrangements with the provincial health department.
Eligible bidders must submit a CDR (Fresh) security deposit of PKR 72,900 to participate in the auction scheduled for 29 June 2026. The opening of bids will take place at 11:00 AM on the same date, with submissions closing by 09:30 AM. Bidders are required to deposit a minimum of 50 percent of their bid amount in cash at the time of submission, with remaining 50 percent to be collected in three equal quarterly installments at 25 percent each. All bidders must possess valid National Tax Number (NTN) registration, current Secretariat Record/Registration Certificate as per 2015 rules, and provide relevant credentials through proper documentation. Standard government procurement regulations and late payment penalties apply throughout the contract period.
Bid documents and detailed tender specifications can be obtained by contacting the Jinnah Hospital administration office in Lahore. Bidders must submit complete documentation including identity cards, passport copies, affidavit on stamp paper, and company authorization letters. The contract is non-transferable and bidders are prohibited from engaging workers, making structural changes to parking areas, or conducting business on hospital premises without prior written permission. Parking facility operations must remain within designated hospital areas only, with the contractor responsible for all construction, maintenance, and removal of temporary structures within five days of contract termination. The successful bidder will be required to remit all government dues, parking management fees, and security-related charges as per hospital regulations throughout the one-year tenure.
