Description / Scope of Work
The University of Agriculture Faisalabad invites sealed bids for the procurement of various agricultural seeds and produce items as per the detailed specifications and quantities outlined in the tender documents. The procurement encompasses multiple seed varieties and agricultural commodities with a total estimated value of Rs. 500,000, distributed across different lot categories including maize seeds (Rs. 1,332 per unit for 256 units), rice seeds (Rs. 873 per unit for 873 units), wheat seeds (Rs. 751 per unit for 1,332 units), and various other agricultural products with quantities and unit rates specified for each line item. The scope of supply extends to the university's agricultural research and training facilities in Punjab province, with delivery requirements and quality standards to be maintained throughout the procurement process.
Eligibility for participation is limited to registered and valid suppliers who hold appropriate licenses and credentials from relevant agricultural and trade authorities. Bidders must submit a valid National Tax Number (NTN) registration and comply with all statutory requirements. Bid security of Rs. 500,000 is required for participation, and bidders must clearly classify their bids as either Filer or Non-Filer status for tax purposes. Bid documents are available for collection from the Director Farms office at the University of Agriculture Faisalabad from June 5, 2026 onwards. Sealed bids must be submitted on or before June 22, 2026 at 10:00 AM to the designated tender office. Bids will be opened on the same date immediately after the closing time in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
