Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Water And Power Development Authority (WAPDA), Tarbela Dam Project, District Haripur in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, invites electronic bids for the procurement of 05 electric bikes intended for watch and ward duties of the TDP left bank colonies for the financial year 2025-26. This tender is issued under reference E-Pads Tender No. P-45887 and is open to original manufacturers, authorized distributors, and general order suppliers registered on the Active Tax Payer List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue with valid Sales Tax Registration Numbers. The procurement aims to enhance surveillance and security operations at the Tarbela Dam Project facilities in Haripur.
Eligible bidders must be registered on the Active Tax Payer List (ATL) of FBR and possess a valid Sales Tax Registration Number (STRN). Each bidder is required to furnish a bid security of PKR 72,531 in the form of a call deposit receipt (CDR) made in favor of the General Manager and Project Director, Tarbela Dam Project (WAPDA). The procurement follows a Single Stage one envelope procedure as per PPRA regulations. A Goods and Services Committee (GRC) notification has been constituted in terms of Rule-48 of PPRA rules 2004, with details available on the EPADS portal.
Electronic bid documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available for registered bidders on the EPADS portal at www.eprocure.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS on or before 30 June 2026 at 11:00 AM; manual bids will not be accepted. Electronic bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM online in the Office of the Director (C&P), Tarbela Dam Project (WAPDA), Tehsil Ghazi, District Haripur, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, in the presence of bidders or their designated representatives. Bidders are advised to consult the EPADS website and contact the Superintending Engineer (BWS) at Tarbela Dam Project for any clarifications regarding this procurement.
