Description / Scope of Work
The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO), under its Village Electrification program, invites sealed bids for the collection of HT spun and structures poles and area planning for 11KV Bharpur and Kallar Kahar feeders emanating from 132KV Chakwal and Kallar Township grid station. This civil works project falls under the ELR head and operates under the jurisdiction of RE Division Chakwal in the Federal Territory. The scope includes comprehensive pole collection, inventory management, and detailed area planning activities necessary for the proper functioning and maintenance of the power distribution network in the Chakwal region.
Bidders must meet specified eligibility criteria including relevant experience in similar electrical infrastructure projects and proper business registration. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of pay order, call deposit, or alternative acceptable instruments, or alternatively by a bid securing declaration in the format provided in the bidding documents. Bidders are required to demonstrate financial capacity and net worth sufficient to execute the contract successfully.
The bidding documents are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/ for all registered bidders. Interested parties must register on EPADS v2.0 to participate. The procurement follows a Single Stage-One Envelope process using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004.
