Description / Scope of Work
The Institute of Business Administration (IBA), Karachi invites sealed bids from active taxpayers and registered manufacturers, firms, companies, distributors and suppliers for an Annual Service Level Agreement for Data Centre Maintenance and Support. This tender, referenced as IT/19/25-26, is being procured for IBA's Main Campus located at Karachi University Enclave in Karachi, Sindh Province. The procurement follows a single stage one envelope procedure with a tender fee of Rs. 2,500 and requires a bid security of 2 percent. Bid documents are available for download from the IBA website at https://tenders.iba.edu.pk and the SPPRA EPADS portal from June 12, 2026.
Eligible bidders must be active taxpayers registered with relevant tax authorities in Pakistan. The bid security must be submitted in the form of a Pay Order or Demand Draft made in favor of 'IBA Karachi'. A mandatory site visit has been scheduled for June 15, 2026 between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM at IBA City Campus. Bidders are required to submit tender fee challans generated from the IBA website and deposited at any branch of Meezan Bank Ltd. All supporting documents and proof of registration with tax authorities must accompany the bid submission.
Tender documents and bids, along with copies of bid security and supporting documents, must be uploaded on the SPPRA EPADS portal at https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk/ between June 12 and June 26, 2026, from 09:00 AM to 03:00 PM. The original bid security and original signed bid must be physically delivered to IBA, Main Campus, Karachi University Enclave, Karachi-75270 before the opening schedule.
