Pakistan International Airlines invites sealed bids for the annual procurement of four items: Assorted Jam (Tender No. FSD-2601006A), Bleach Card White (Tender No. PiAC/PR-26010013/26), SDWAN Warranty and Support Renewal (Tender No. PiAC/PR-26010274/26A), and Automatic Transmission ATF Oil (Tender No. PR-2601149). The tender is issued by PIA Supply Chain Management, located at the 1st Floor Supply Chain Management Building, PIACL Head Office, Airport Road, Karachi, Pakistan. This is a single-stage two sealed envelope procurement on an annual basis for various operational and maintenance requirements of the national flag carrier.
Bidders must be eligible suppliers as mentioned in tender documents and must obtain registration at the E-PADS v2.0 PPRA web portal to access detailed bid documents, terms, conditions, and other relevant information. Original bid security or earnest money instruments must be attached with technical proposals and reference or pay order copies submitted electronically through EPADS online submission before the tender closing deadline. Bids submitted manually or through channels other than EPADS are not permitted. All bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 PPRA portal by the closing date and time of 01-07-2026 at 10:30 Hours PST. Bid opening will take place on the same day at 11:00 Hours PST.
