Description / Scope of Work
Quasi-e-Azam Solar Power (Pvt) Ltd., based in Lahore, Punjab, intends to execute multiple solar projects across various buildings and is seeking to hire experienced contractors through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) process under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended from time to time) for the year 2026-2027. The scope of work involves solarization of multiple buildings in the province, with bidding documents available through EPAD (Electronic Procurement and Auction Division). The estimated cost is 4.3 million rupees (estimated cost 86 million in the range of CDR or bank guarantee), and the tender period extends through 2026-2027. Firms and companies with relevant registration as per Pakistan laws and proven experience in solar power projects are eligible to participate in this competitive bidding process.
Eligible bidders must be firms or companies registered as per the laws of Pakistan and must demonstrate substantial experience in solar power projects. All required documents as specified in the bidding documents should be submitted through EPAD. A bid security of 4.3 million rupees (estimated cost 86 million in the range of CDR or bank guarantee) is mandatory and must be attached with the technical bid. The bidder must submit the bid security only from Bank of Punjab as per PPRA direction vide letter SOD(E-C)15-4/2024 dated 19-05-2026. The bid must reach the specified address one day before opening of bid.
Interested bidders may download bidding documents from EPAD, QASPL, and PPRA websites. Applications for contractor hiring should be submitted through EPAD by 26-06-2026 up to 11:00 AM. The applications submitted on EPAD will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day at the address mentioned below. The bid opening process is public and transparent.
