Pakistan International Airlines Corporation invites sealed bids through E-PADS for the collection and removal of airline refuse and garbage from PIA Flight Kitchen, Engineering Building, Apron, TGS Workshop, domestic cargo facilities, and PIA Booking Office at Bacha Khan International Airport Peshawar for the year 2026-27. The contract is for one year with the option to extend for an additional two years, featuring a 16 percent enhancement on the bid value for daily collection services. The scope includes collection of throw-away food items both cooked and raw, disposable bags, broken plastic, paper cups, discarded bottles, broken glasses, empty ghee tins, unserviceable cardboard boxes, used aluminum casseroles, meal foils, old newspapers and magazines, and all disposable items from international flights. Waste collection must be conducted on a daily basis regardless of weekdays or holidays with round-the-clock service, including washing and floor cleaning after each collection.
Interested bidders must be registered with Pakistan's Income Tax Department. All bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS portal on or before July 2, 2026 at 10:30 local time. A tender cost of PKR 10,000 for local bidders is required as the tender fee to be placed in the technical bid, along with earnest money at 5 percent of the total annual contract value submitted as a pay order in favor of Pakistan International Airlines. Tenders without earnest money shall be rejected, though a performance bond of 25 percent may be requested from successful bidders. The offer must remain valid for 180 days following tender opening.

Sealed bids must be physically submitted to the Tender Box at the Assistant Manager Office, Supply Chain Management Department, PIA Booking Office, 33-The Mall, Peshawar Cantt-25000, Pakistan.
