Description / Scope of Work
The Welfare Wing, S&GAD at Punjab Civil Secretariat in Lahore invites bids for a comprehensive framework contract covering multiple service categories including exhibition and fair organization, purchase and repair of hardware, purchase and repair of information technology equipment, repair of machinery, and repair of furniture. This framework agreement will establish terms and conditions for the procurement of goods and services required by the department over the contract period, with flexibility to call off services as needed based on operational requirements. The scope encompasses both capital acquisitions and maintenance services across diverse categories of assets and services.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and demonstrate financial and technical capability to supply the specified goods and services. Bidders are required to submit bid security as specified in the bid data sheet, and must comply with all eligibility and qualification criteria outlined in the tender documents. Preference may be given to locally manufactured goods where applicable, and all suppliers must ensure goods meet Pakistani standards or equivalent international standards. Experience certificates and relevant licenses for the proposed categories of work are mandatory.
