Water and Sanitation Agency, Lahore (WASA) invites electronic bids from registered contractors, firms, manufacturers, and authorized dealers for desilting services through winch machine at Nichalson Road Lahore, spanning from Hotel Chowk to Boar Wala Chowk in Anarkali Sub Division. This is a single stage single envelope procurement with an estimated cost of Rs. 2,008,358.70. The project is located in Lahore, Punjab, and bids must be submitted electronically through the e-PADS (e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) portal. All bidders must be registered on e-PADS with active FBR, PRA (NTN and PNTN), STRN, and Professional Tax Certificate for financial year 2025-26. The procurement is governed by PPRA Rules-2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.
Eligibility requirements mandate that suppliers and contractors must be duly registered on e-PADS with active filer status and proper tax credentials. Bid security is required in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, PO, Demand Draft, or Banker Cheque (excluding insurance bonds) amounting to 4% of the estimated cost, which equals Rs. 80,335. This security must be uploaded as soft copy on e-PADS and submitted as hard copy original to the office before bid opening, otherwise the bid will be rejected. Conditional tenders will not be accepted and all bids must be signed and stamped on each page.
Bid documents are available on e-PADS at www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk and the PPRA website at http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Electronic bids must be submitted by 01-07-2026 before 9:30 AM, with opening scheduled for 10:00 AM on the same day on e-PADS. Hard copies of bids will not be accepted.
