Description / Scope of Work
Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA), Multan invites sealed e-bids from registered engineering firms and contractors for de-silting of the sullage carrier from Kirri Jamandan Disposal Station to Nala Wali Muhammad in Multan, Punjab. The work is estimated at Rs. 3,137,697 with a completion period of 15 days. This tender is being published on the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) e-procurement portal in accordance with the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure as per PPRA Rules 2014 (amended to date) and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. The contract is to be executed under the supervision of the Deputy Director, Disposal Stations Division, WASA Multan, located at 316-A Shamasabad Colony, Chungi No. 9, Multan.
Eligible bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and codes, and must be registered on the Punjab e-PADS website (www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk). Bidders are required to submit earnest money in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) only from Bank of Punjab (BOP) in favour of the Director Finance WASA Multan, amounting to Rs. 62,754 (2% of estimated cost). The original CDR must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the Head Clerk, Office of the Deputy Director Disposal Stations Division WASA at Sameejabad near Sabzi Mandi, Multan, on or before 11:00 AM on the e-bid submission deadline. Non-submission of the original CDR within the prescribed timeframe shall render the bidder non-responsive and liable to disqualification.
Bid documents are available on the e-PADS portal at www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk and the PPRA website at https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx. All bids must be submitted electronically on e-PADS before 30-06-2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the office of the Director Works WASA at 316-A Shamasabad Colony, Multan. Only technically responsive bidders will qualify for financial bid opening. The lowest evaluated bidder will be required to furnish a performance guarantee before contract execution.
