Description / Scope of Work
The Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA) Multan invites sealed bids from registered engineering firms and contractors for the procurement of missing manhole covers and slabs of sullage carrier from Nandla Chowk to Awan Chowk for the Disposal Station Division in Multan, Punjab. The work is referenced as tender No.474/DW/WASA dated 18-05-2026 with an estimated cost of Rs 4,289,730 and earnest money of Rs 85,795 at two percent of the estimated cost. The completion period for this work is thirty days, and the work location is situated in Multan.
Only registered persons and entities with authorized credentials on PPRA and e-PADS are eligible to participate in this single stage single envelope bidding process. Bidders must submit a Call Deposit Receipt or Bank Guarantee in the form of Certified Deposit Receipt (CDR) from Bank of Punjab (BOP) in favour of the Deputy Director Disposal Stations Division WASA Multan as bid security. All rates must be quoted in both figures and words against each item mentioned in the tender documents, and conditional tenders will not be accepted. Current PPRA Rules 2014 are strictly applicable, and any violation will result in rejection of the contractor's bid.
Bid documents are available on the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) e-PADS website at www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk, and bids must be submitted electronically through e-PADS before the closing date of 30 June 2026 at 11:00 AM. Hard copies of bid security and financial instruments must be submitted in addition to soft copies uploaded on e-PADS. Bid opening will take place at the office of the Director Works WASA located at 316-A Shamasabad Colony, Multan on the same date at 11:30 AM.
