Description / Scope of Work
The Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA), Multan invites sealed bids from registered engineering firms and contractors for repair and replacement of sewer line in Rehman Pura and Chah Noor Wala in the Sub Division Central area of Multan, Punjab. The estimated cost of work is Rs. 3,142,279 with an earnest money deposit of Rs. 62,846. The project is to be completed within 30 days and is advertised under NIT No. 543/DW/WASA dated 25 May 2026. The scope involves sewerage infrastructure rehabilitation in the central division of Multan city.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and enrolled on the Punjab ePADS website (www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk). Bid security must be submitted in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt only, issued by the Bank of Punjab in favour of the Director Finance WASA Multan. Bidders must submit hard copies of financial instruments including bid security and performance guarantee alongside soft copies uploaded on e-PADS. The bidding procedure follows a Single Stage Two Envelope process as per PPRA E-Tendering System and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.
Bids must be submitted through e-PADS before 11:00 AM on 30 June 2026 to the office of the Deputy Director Sewerage Division Central WASA, located at 316-A Shamasabad Colony, Multan. Technical bids will be opened on the same date at 11:30 AM. The original CDR must be submitted within the prescribed timeframe; failure to do so renders the bidder non-responsive and liable for disqualification. Bidding documents are available on the PPRA website (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx) and Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority portal (http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk).
