Description / Scope of Work
Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA) Multan invites sealed electronic bids from eligible engineering firms and contractors for two sewerage maintenance projects under single stage two envelope bidding procedure via Punjab e-PADS system. The first work involves repair of crown failure on a 42 inch internal diameter pipe near PVC Pipe Factory in the Central Division of Multan with an estimated cost of Rs 2,630,648 and earnest money requirement of Rs 52,613. The second tender concerns desilting of old sewer line from Jan Muhammad Chowk to Kumaran Wala Chowk in Multan through mechanical winching machine operations for a distance of 2,499 running meters with an estimated cost of Rs 1,856,941 and earnest money of Rs 37,139. Both projects have a completion period of 30 days and are located in Multan, Punjab.
Only engineering firms and contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant category codes and enrolled on Punjab EPADS website at www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk are eligible to participate. Bidders must upload earnest money as Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) exclusively from Bank of Punjab in favour of the Director Finance WASA Multan and submit original CDR in sealed envelope to Head Clerk at Mumtazabad WASA Office, Multan by 11:00 AM on the e-bid submission deadline. Submission of fake information or documents shall result in disqualification and blacklisting. All applicable taxes must be paid by the contractor as per government rules.
Bidding documents containing detailed requirements, terms and conditions are available on e-PADS at www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk and PPRA website at http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Electronic bids must be submitted before 30-06-2026 at 11:00 AM with technical bids opening on the same day at 11:30 AM at the office of Director Works WASA located at 316-A Shamsabad Colony, Multan. Only technically responsive bidders will qualify for financial bid evaluation. Bids remain valid for 120 days from submission date.
