Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Government Servants Housing Foundation (PGSHF) invites sealed bids for the construction of sewage transmission main and machinery for a disposal station at the Punjab Government Servants Housing Scheme in Bahawalpur, Punjab. This infrastructure project has an approximate estimated cost of PKR 16.837 million and includes the installation of sewage transmission infrastructure and disposal machinery equipment. The contract duration is six months from the date of award, and the project scope encompasses civil works, mechanical installation, and related infrastructure development to establish an effective sewage disposal system for the housing scheme.
Bidders must submit earnest money equal to 2 percent of the estimated cost as bid security. Contractors should possess relevant experience in sewage infrastructure projects and municipal works. All bidders must comply with the tender conditions outlined in the contract documents including General Conditions of Contract, Technical Specifications, Bill of Quantities, and Tender Drawings provided in four volumes. Contractors must be registered with relevant professional bodies and possess valid tax registration and business licenses as per Pakistan's procurement regulations.
Tender documents are available from the PGSHF office and can be obtained by interested contractors upon payment of the document fee if applicable. Sealed bids must be submitted to the designated authority within the deadline with all required documentation including bid security, technical proposal, financial proposal, and supporting certificates. The bid opening will be conducted publicly on the specified date at the PGSHF office. Queries and clarifications regarding the tender may be directed to the Project Director at PGSHF, Bahawalpur. The tender is subject to all applicable laws and regulations governing public procurement in Punjab.
