The GHQ C4I Directorate invites sealed tenders for the purchase of miscellaneous equipment and services across six tender packages in Punjab. Tender 0180/C4I-2D/2026-27 covers laptops with Ci7 and Ci3 processors featuring suitable graphic cards, branded and refurbished PCs, computer accessories including HDDs, RAMs, DVDs, CDs, USBs, and tablets ranging from 9 to 12 inches, IT and antivirus software, and toner and cartridges of all types. Tender 0181/C4I-2D/2026-27 includes Ci5 laptops, LED and LCD displays in various sizes from 17 to 55 inches, colour laser printers, scanners, multimedia projectors, and comprehensive LAN and networking equipment such as UTP cables, network switches, face plates, ducts, cabinets, and patch cords. Tender 0182/C4I-2D/2026-27 specifies switches of all types, power modules, computer accessories, LCDs, and keyboards. Tender 0183/C4I-2D/2026-27 encompasses UPS spares, cooling spares, power LT/HT equipment, and black and white laser printers. Tender 0184/C4I-2D/2026-27 covers fire suppression equipment including smoke detectors, heat detectors, Halotron gas refilling, UPS units of all types, and AVRs. Tender 0185/C4I-2D/2026-27 is for repair, maintenance, and installation services for IT, cooling, power, and APC equipment.
Tender documents must be submitted on 01 July 2026 (Wednesday) at 1000 am. The opening of tenders will take place at 1030 am on the same date.
