Description / Scope of Work
The O/O CEO-NJHPC (Neelum Jhelum Hydropower Company) invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of laptops and desktop computers under a single-stage, one-envelope bidding process. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The procuring entity is located in Muzaffarabad, Azad Jammu and Kashmir, and manages this acquisition through reserved government funds to support its operational technology requirements.
Bidders must be eligible to participate in public procurement in Pakistan and comply with all specifications outlined in the bidding documents. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, or Demand Draft, or alternatively, a Bid Security Declaration as specified in the bidding document. Prospective bidders should ensure they meet the procurement agency's eligibility requirements and have registered on the EPADS v2.0 platform prior to bid submission.
The complete bidding documents are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. All bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 on or before July 1, 2026 at 02:00 PM, with electronic bid opening scheduled for the same day at 02:30 PM. Manual bid submissions will not be accepted.
