Islamabad Capital Territory Police, through the Office of the Assistant Inspector General of Police, Logistics, invites sealed bids from reputed firms and vendors for the procurement of Computer and IT Equipment during the financial year 2026-27. The tender is issued under tender notice number 12 for the financial year 2026-27 and covers procurement activities in Islamabad. Bidders are required to have active NTN and STRN registrations and must be registered with PPRA for e-procurement on the EPADS platform.
Eligibility criteria require interested bidders to be reputed firms or vendors with active NTN and STRN, and registration with PPRA for e-procurement on EPADS is mandatory. All proposals must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a Bank Draft or CDR in the name of the Assistant Inspector General of Police, Logistics, Islamabad, as detailed in the bidding documents. Bidding documents are available on EPADS at https://eprocure.gov.pk free of cost. Interested bidders must submit their bids and proposals online through EPADS, with original bid documents submitted to the office of AIG/Logistics, Sector H-11, Islamabad, before 3 July 2026 at 1100 hours. Bids will be opened on the same day at 1130 hours in the presence of bidders or their representatives at Central Police Office, Sector H-11, Islamabad.
